She enrolled into a Visual Arts program. In April of 2006, she graduated with Visual Arts diploma and received the highest award from the college “President’s Medal of Excellence”.

Her main focus in the Visual Arts program was Printmaking and Photography. She currently works with many mediums from printmaking, photography, and painting. She loves to try new techniques and likes to experiment.

She is a member of three artist associations the Bay St George Artist Association, League of Artists of Western Newfoundland and VANL.
